I?ve tried to order food from this place 3 different times for take out. The first time, someone working at the restaurant asked... me to hold and sounded like they simply put the one down and went about their business. I waited for 5 minutes before hangingup. The next day the phone continually went to the answering service. Then just today, it sounded like someone answered, I couldhear people talking in the background, but no one ever acknowledged me. So I?ve given up. Hopefully management can figure outwhat their people are struggling with in terms of answering the phone. Read more
Hard Pass!!! Walked in to seat yourself. No issues. However after 25mins of sitting at a table with no acknowledge we were even... there we walked out. Staff doesn?t care at all. Don?t waist your time on this place. Read more
Ripped off! Made reservations well in advance. Special directions for 4 adults one child one infant. We were seated at a... SMALL HIGH TOP table in the middle of the room. . Pulled up bar chairs for the children to sit at a small table. Plates onbuffet table were dirty. They ran out of silverware and gave us plasticware. Couldn't cut the ham or chicken. There was NoOmelete station as mentioned in advertisement. Just overdone scrambled eggs. They had soup but NO Bowls OR SOUP SPOONS!!! Bythe time we got to desert there were only two things left...a dry brownie and a apple pastry that was worse than a poptart! Then we were charged for our tea and coffee another 20.00. Husband and I went for Easter brunch. We had 3pm reservations today and were seated pretty quickly. It was very crowded as... expected for a holiday. I'm giving just an okay star rating because there didn't really seem to be enough food for all of theguests that had reservations. Many items on the buffet tables were empty. The food that we did have was good and honestly theprime rib was delicious. Dessert options were slim and felt like they might have come from the grocery store. I feel likefood/portion planning for the amount of guests that were there was inadequate. Our server was friendly and wonderful and tookcare of our drinks very well.
