Visited this location after work on my way back to my hotel. It was conveniently located right next to it. I ordered a meal to... go and they made it to stay. I reminded them that I wanted it to go. They put it in a bag for me to take, but while doing sospilled my fries. They did not offer more fries. When I got to my room I noticed that I didn't get any condiments or the strawfor my shake. It wasn't the worst experience. The food was good. I may even try it again, I will just need to pay closerattention to what goes in the bag. Read more
This is the worst run place I?ve ever experienced, period. They?re always dirty and understaffed. Service is always insanely... slow and very rude. This Paul?s Valley location must be the worst one in the whole franchise. I?m not only never going to thislocation again, but I?m never going to a Braums ever again. Neither will anyone I know.
