I don?t often write reviews that but I felt the need to write and share my experience at this Subway last evening. 1st of all... when I entered the this Subway in my neighborhood of Pawtucket I wasn?t greeted but just asked if I was picking up an orderwhich I was not. The young lady preparing my chicken teriyaki 6? sandwich with gloves on kept holding/adjusting some clipboardhanged on the wall. Then when I got to pay at the check out to my amazement the cost was $9.69 - $2 more than other surroundingSubway locations @ $7.13 for the exact same 6?, so I asked why such a huge difference? And the cashier responded with anattitude that: she is not the one pricing the menu, so Shocked I left and will never go back there - for that price I can getalmost a foot long as; thought all Subway franchise prices were the same as is it for others. They barely had any supplies. Out of herb and cheese bread, no ice, only medium cups and I couldn't leave a tip for the nice... associates because I was told there boss takes any electronic tips they get. Never going again. Read more
I ordered a All American club on-line with no Mayo, honey mustard instead. When I got home and opened the sandwich not only did... it have double Mayo, but they forgot the meat except for about 2 slice of hame. When I called the store back the person said shedidn?t make it. I requested a refund, because of the Mayo I have to throw it in the trash. She said she would send a refund. Inever received the refund and ordered another sandwich from Jersey Mike?s. Literally the worst subway I?ve ever been to. I have never seen anyone make sandwiches as slow as the girl working here. I... placed an online order and went in when the app said they should be done which was twenty minutes from when I placed it. I walkin and she says ohhh they still need to be made. It?s not any better when you wait in line and have them make your sandwich thatway either, if you?ve got like 20 minutes to kill while you wait for them to make 2 subway sandwiches then it?s not a problembut I?ve never seen anyone take this long to make something this simple in my life.
