UPDATE: customer service has reached out and corrected their mistake and contacted the store about checking orders. I will try... them again once they have some time to get things together. I?ve changed my review from one star to three so one poor experiencedoesn?t drag them down. The worst chipotle experience of my life. I sent for a pick up of three bowls and they made every singleone wrong and then tried to charge for double meat on all three bowls, I didn?t ask for ANY extra meat on ANY of them. They putbeans on a bowl that was no beans, the wrong meat on two of the bowls, corn on all three when only one wanted corn, added sourcream on two bowls that are lactose intolerant, and the chips were stale and gross and drenched in oil. Maybe I?ll give themanother try when they have been open longer but this experience was TERRIBLE and I eat at chipotles all the time. Read more
I'm a frequent flyer at Chipotles and have to say that the Payson location is pretty skimpy on portions. Literally half the food... I usually get in my burrito bowl compared to all other locations. Read more
