The food is normal great, though admittedly Sometimes not my taste. Like I love the spring rolls!! And the customer service is... kind and typically straightforward mine a small language barrier that I noticed. And the atmosphere used to be better for dinein but it's still good! Read more
Egg drop soup and chicken on a stick was fair but entree and service was terrible. Got the H4 which was chicken, beef, and... shrimp in a spicy garlic sauce. To start flavor was very poor, tasted watered down. Sweet and not spicy at all like advertised.Chicken was dry, very small amount of beef and again ill say watery. I've never had Chinese food so flavorless and watery,literally sitting in a watery flavorless sauce. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. My favorite pick-up order meal spot. Quality is always good, never had a bad meal.
Their food is amazing!! I wish they were a full sit down restaurant. I have loved everything I've gotten here!

Food tasted old. There was a ton of it however. Got orange chicken, rice, and egg roll. My 3 kids got same. 1 child got sick... after eating it and I didn't feel so hot either. A child, possibly 8 years old, was the 1 who took my payment at the counter. Noadult in sight until child hollerd and then a woman came over and confirmed something on card reader. There is room forimprovement on fresh and quality and maybe not have a kid process payments. Taking orders, answering questions, hanging off foodto customer I could see. Made me uncomfortable handing my card to him. New to Pea Ridge area. Won't be going back to RainbowHouse. Read more
