My first time ordering for delivery, being present in the store. The lady who took my order asked for the address and in 10-15... minutes it is ready and everything was good so far. I went home, my house and Londi?s are very, very close and after 20-25minutes I called them to ask where my order is, why it is being delayed. And the lady replied that your order is here and wecan't deliver it. you have to come and pick it up. After we discussed: pick it up or delivery she hung up the phone withoutapologizing for the misunderstanding she had caused. I called them back again but she put me on hold without answering at all.I went and got my order by myself, but it's the first and last time I?m ordered there. First impression lasts for forever.
