I was disappointed yesterday 5/11/22. We have gone here for a few years and have been very pleased but yesterday, I bought an... Acai Virality Bowl and it had about 1/4 cup of Acai and the majority of the rest was the toppings. The entire bowl was halffull. Had they not had customers already waiting for an hour and if I had not been almost home when I decided to look at it, Iwould have taken it back fir a refund. Their prices are not cheap and to receive a half serving of what I usually pay fir is notgood service. I love the owner but she needs to train her staff better. Read more
We have been meaning to try this place and had the chance today since they are open at 10am on a Tuesday while other places in... the plaza don?t open until 11 on weekdays. So since it was a weekday and they had just opened there was only one person working,the juicer wasn?t up and running yet and the steak wasn?t ready to go but we got a smoothie and chicken option instead! The ladywas very nice and let us know up front that she was the only one working at the moment and there would be a wait. Since we wouldhave to wait until 11 for other places to open anyway we decided to wait. I am glad we did! There are some cute bean bags andtoys in the corner that helped entertain my toddler while waiting. Unfortunately we had just worked out for an hour andspontaneously decided to go out for brunch after so we were starving ???? that was our fault though. The food was fantastic andperfect for after a workout. The vitality bowl was good and i got a medium size which was great for the price. However, i came with a friend of mine whom... smoothie was very watery. When she politely asked for a remake or a new one, the associate had an attitude and swung the dooropen. Ordered a salad from DoorDash. We all know how it works, I paid an obscene amount for a salad. $30 for a salad (I added steak... and it was also already supposed to come with chicken). There was absolutely no protein on the salad. No additional steak ORchicken as it was supposed to come. Called and asked for a refund and they told me my only option was driving up there to getchicken and steak to put on the salad. I kindly explained that if I had wanted to drive to the store for a to-go order I wouldNOT have paid $30 for the dang salad. They were unreasonable and ended up hanging up on me.
