I got to the drive thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me. I got there before 11:30p, pulled up to the box relatively fast, and got... no acknowledgement. After sitting there for over 5 minutes, I drove around. At the window, I told the employee that I had beensitting at the box and no one said anything. He asked if I was Door Dash and when I told him I just wanted to order, he saidthey've stopped taking orders. It was 11:36. I said, "but you close at 12." He told me they had like 4 door dash orders and theystill had to clean to go home. I repeated, "but you close at 12." He did end up taking my order so I was grateful. There werelike 3 cars behind me and I heard him tell a other customer that they had stopped taking orders. I pulled out with my order ataround 11:50ish. I got off work late tonight, and I was completely starving, so I stopped in about 14 minutes before 12 (closing) and the open... sign was still on. After waiting a few minutes a young man gets onto the intercom and tells me that they are closed. I told himthat I thought this location closed at 12, and he said "yeah we do but that is in 10 minutes." ???? I have had such goodservice there in the past ( during the day) but this was very disappointing and has me thinking that I shouldn't go back. Read more
Went there last night about 10:30 PM Friday 7/22 after a very long flight, drove up to the drive-through and two young men... walked around to me. I asked are you still open and they said yes we?re here to help you. They had just exited the restaurant Idon?t know if they worked there or if they were customers. very dangerous situation. It was located in a bad area. The grease was so old you could smell the stench. One person handled the drive thru and inside... while another person stood with his shirt above his head. And the tater tots were the wrong color brown. They were nasty. Thehamburgers were good, however. Read more

Dude forgot my 2 pups and their grape icee "wasn't working". Trashy looking, old building. I'm not a snotty type by any means it... just doesn't look like it's being taken care of at all. Also it's always empty every time I drive by. Krystal has gotten tooexpensive. The original Krystals are good and my son likes the pups but thats it. Chiks just don't taste right.
