The catfish filets, fried okra and coleslaw are all really good! I come back because the servers are always nice and they get... your food out to you fast. I wish the atmosphere was a little more rustic and more like a traditional fish house but it's alwaysclean and nice. Read more
Met friends for late lunch, which we hadn't seen for 5 years. Was in the restaurant alot longer than we should have been. But... the wait staff was very patient with us. The food was delicious, atmosphere was great. Thank you for the delicious food andhopefully we'll be back soon. Read more
We went in for lunch on a Sunday waited 15 mins to be seated. Got our drinks ordered and to table ordered food took every bit of... 45 minutes to an hour waiting on a pick 2 and sampler to be cooked. Waiter only had a few tables to wait but never reallychecked on us or told us what the hold up was until we asked and seeing parties we were waiting to be seated with had ate andleaving. It has been awhile since we ate here and I don?t know what has changed but the food was terrible, the fish tasted old, the fries... were soggy and the hush puppies were dry as a bone. The service was non existent, the waitress brought our food , never broughtthe extra condiments we asked for or offered to refill our drinks( which were mostly ice ) and didn?t return until she broughtthe check , needless to say we won?t be back , biggest waste of $80 !!!! It was freezing when we walked in. I mentioned it to the young guy behind the counter and he said ?it?s for the comfort of the... servers.? I saw several other people rubbing their arms. It was really cold in there. The food was good for the first 5 minutesbut after that my food was too cold to eat. When a business puts the comfort of their staff ahead of the comfort of thecustomers and ahead of the quality of their food after it gets to the table, it?s not a place I want to visit again.
