I'm not sure if they are understaffed. Didn't receive my discount, nor reciept request from the cashier. Took a friend to enjoy... the Sip trial and didn't get my deal. It's hard to find good service at any Panera restaurant as this is my fourth differentlocation to try. Read more
The girl at the register refused to take my order and insisted I use kiosk. I tried to explain that it was our first time at... Panera and preferred ordering at register. I ordered the avocado egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich and this is the second time in a row the avocado looks rancid and... gray. Also I'm pretty sure they put whole milk in my latte when I asked for almond. It also tastes more like milk than actualcoffee. If you don't have almond milk just say that cause otherwise it just seems like you're out right trying to be rude bypurposely messing up the order. It feels like 9/10 times I order a drink here I always regret it. I keep trying to give themanother chance but most of the time nowadays I wish I had gone to Starbucks. Very sad. Very disappointed. I made an online order for 4 sandwiches and 2 flat breads. System said be ready in 50 minutes. Showed up, checked in for... curbside wait another 25 minutes. went in asked was told the order wasn't ready Waited another 10 minutes went back in. Andasked different lady if it was ready. I was then informed it had been ready sitting in the corner so now I get to eat a $100worth of cold food. And the manager I spoke to was not concerned about it whatsoever. Read more
