DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! i ordered at 6:09 on the app got an email of wait time est to be 25-35 mins, ok nothing... came called for 10mins straight no answer, got a text stating door dash will be delivering my order tried numerous times tocancel order NO ONE Answers the phone even called surrounding pizza huts for a direct manager number but no help, an hour laterdoor dash delivered cold pizzas like they were straight from my refrigerator. I had ordered my meal at 6:45pm, and hadn't heard an update for over an hour. I ended up calling to check on the status, to... which I was informed was just going into the oven. I also had been told that the delay was related to them being short staffed,which seems to be the main cause to the issue. After another 30 minutes my order was delivered by an extremely apologetic driverthat made sure everything was okay. The food was perfectly warm and the quality was top notch. This place deserves 0 stars. Please. If you can choose another location it is worth it. First review I've ever put on Google.... Its that bad. 3+ hour delivery time. Had to drive there to cancel due to not answering phone. Got completely ignore, staff andmanager refused to talk to me even when I stood right infront of them asking them to cancel it. I have never felt sodisrespected in my life. I've had bad experiences, this was different, this was complete disrespect and by far the most anticustomer attitude I've ever seen. I beg you. There are other pizza huts that can deliver. Use them instead. You'll thankme. Sorry forgot to mention. I was being cussed at under the breath of the employee there. Racist comments were said. Will definitely not order here again. Placed order for delivery and cheese had slid off the pizza, there was no seasoning on my... breadsticks, no sauce on my wings, and they didn?t deliver any drinks. Tried calling to have this corrected and they couldn?tfind my order, so I had to email my receipt. Then they responded to the email saying they found the order, but offered nosolutions or even at the least an apology.
