AWFUL as always , I prefer to drive to Webster or Meyerland location , because service and food is better . Went to the Pearland... location at Silverlake today and my daughter found some white stuff in her drink and so we returned it , and got another one ,no big deal . Then in my daughters food there was a bug in it . The manager came over and took the bug with her and said shewould take her plate off the bill but did not offer any other type of compensation for the inconvenience or the fact that thewhole experience killed my daughter’s appetite and everyone else’s. So we ended pretty much paying for food that we didn’teat . Management is horrible , the food is horrible , the service is a hit or miss , but usually a miss. We stopped at Saltgrass because my husband loves prime rib. Unfortunately they removed it from the menu. He ordered pork ribs... and the sauce was too sweet for him. My shrimp was good. Service was excellent. Our server was super nice. We were seated rightaway and had no issues at all with the employees. The music was very loud. I'm autistic and it was very overwhelming. I wouldnot recommend eating here if you have children who are noise sensitive. I am usually okay with loud music in restaurants butmaybe it was the type of music? For the prices the service really sucked! Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night but we had a lot of issues. The server... kept forgetting about our drinks. When reminded blamed it on the bar! The food came in many different trips with our food ordermixed up. We had to sort things out by ourselves! Now the food was definitely tasty but nothing outstanding. The drinks werepretty weak!
