The mango passion with Boba was a little sweet but delicious. My daughter also enjoyed the coffee with milk tea with Boba, and... loved it. Nice place to sit down with a computer and sip a nice tea. Will certainly return and recommend it to others! Thankyou! Read more

I came in yesterday (7/4/2022) because I received a special offer by email for buy 1 get 1 50% off (valid from 7/3/2022 to... 7/8/2022). The person taking my order would not let me use this offer. She kept telling me that my email is not the same emailas the account that my number is with. I know that she is wrong because I normally order through the app and afterwards I alwaysget emails confirming my order. I asked a few times for her to let me use the offer and then finally I paid for my order withoutthe offer used. I could tell that after asking her to help me out a few times put her in a bad mood or maybe she was already ina bad mood. The same person made my drinks and they were terrible. My husband and I have come here numerous times to get our teafix and I almost always get the same drink and yesterday it was absolutely terrible. So terrible that I had to just throw mydrink away. I was a loyal customer, but now, I am open to trying other tea places in Pearland. This experience ruined my Fourthof July. Read more

I usually only get teas from sharetea but today was.. weird. I went to put my phone number into the ipad as anyone who regularly... goes to sharetea does (you accumulate points with every purchase and then gain things like free toppings, free drink, two freedrinks etc.), and was prompted to, in a way, set up the account again. Essentially, all my points were erased and the system didnot recognize the same number I have used there all my time going so I had to start again from nothing. It?s not really a bigdeal as I frequent the place and will get the back up, but I was already going to get a free drink this purchase (whenever youput your phone number in it shows how many points left till your next ?achievement). I also will consider this a bigger problemif the ipad prompts me to do the same thing again next time i go. I?m not sure if points just restart at a certain time in theyear, so when i asked questions to the employee, they were just as clueless, asked another employee near them who then replied?just do it again. I did it three times with the correct number and nothing changed. Not sure what was going on. Read more
