First time trying it and the donuts were good. Don't forget to order the KOLACHES!!! SO FRESH! SOOOOOO GOOD!
Shipley always has friendly and efficient service. Their donuts are delicious and they have a great variety of flavors.
My 4 year old loves shipley donuts and i had to hear her cry as we watched the worker walk by the drive thru window multiple... times ignoring us because they close at 6pm instead of 8pm like it says online. We arrived at 5:55 and only wanted donut holes.Then i watched her pack all her things and walk out in front of my car as if i was invisible. A simple "Ma'am were closed" wouldhave been sufficient. But to act like i was invisible was extremely unprofessional. I will never give my business to thislocation again. Read more

The older lady working on 9/18 had the audacity to *ask* me for a tip on my $4 donut order. Never have I been asked to tip by... anyone in customer service. I was still kind enough to give her a $1 tip. This is how you lose customers (and tips) to yourcompetition, and there are plenty of other donut shops around. I see there are two other recent negative reviews about a lady,but not sure if it's the same one.
