This is one of the most amazing Starbucks I've been to, because of the staff! Everyone was so friendly and my sister was with me... and got her free Veterans Day Iced Coffee and all of the staff came to the drive thru window and thanked her for her service!!?? I ordered the Tomato & Mozzarella Panini. I paid $6.77 for a sandwich and it barely had any content in it, it's so flat you can... barely even see any contents between the two pieces of bread. You can even see from the pictures I posted of what my sandwichlooks like vs the (last) pic which is what it looks like on the Starbucks website. I'm tasting more bread than anything on thefirst and last bites of the sandwich. The bread quality and contents were good (which is why I'm giving 2 stars) but please addsome more of the ingredients. I shouldn't have to be seeing dry corners of nothing but bread; at least have enough content towhere it doesn't seem like I'm eating two pieces of bread rather than a sandwich. The most frustrating thing about this is theamount of content they're advertising on their site compared to what I'm actually getting. Read more
The most rude service ever received but it could be because I'm Hispanic. Older woman in the morning shouldn't be the face of... the store. Honestly never received such poor service anywhere. The company responded but just gives a random address and no onehas replied. So they just want people to see that they reach out and yet still do nothing!!!!!! Read more
