This place has horrible customer service. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. I then decided to drive in to... place an order and amongst arriving on the front door it stated that the place was open till midnight. However it wasn?t even11pm. When I walked in to place an order the young lady at the register stated that they were closed on the inside and that Icouldn?t order because they were only taking Uber Eats orders. Worst Wing Stop ever for anybody wanting to know, The ShadowCreek Location is 1000Xs better. Read more
I called them 5 times and couldn?t get an answer so I assumed they were busy. Only to walk in and the place is completely empty.... The black girl at the front said the inside closes at 11pm but it was 10:54 so I was confused as to why I couldn?t place anorder. She said only DoorDash was able to place an order which is crazy bc this place really close at 12 and I could tell no onein there wanted to work but to refuse service is completely lazy and poor work ethic. No manager came to my defense so myhusband and I left and called the shadow creek location which answered on the first ring as they always do. I was treated so horrible, while I tried to place an order the lady who answered the phone to get my order order.started... getting annoyed and making laughing noises before she slammed the phone and hung up on me. This is the second time less than a week I have received poor services from this location. I ordered my food through Uber eats,... so the other day I placed an order online and requested for my order to be cooked well done and actually it was under cooked. Icalled to ask about my order the girl who answered I explained my situation and she kept going back and forth telling me myorder was cooked properly and I?m the one who is looking at my food. On top of that my order was late arriving plus cold. TodayI placed another order of the same thing and requested a well done order again. I called to confirm how I requested my order andthe same girl answered the phone sounds like she?s sick/ stopped up just hung up in my face as I was still explaining how Iwould like my order. When she hung up I called back and asked for her manager she proclaimed she?s the manager and her name isKisha and she?s 31 years old. Due her rudeness I called Uber Eats to cancel my order because at this point it wasn?t worth it.Definitely not trust worthy either. Her ?
