Dined-in for lunch here at Roy's. I originally made a reservation for two but since we got there early they made us choose where... to sit so we opted to sit out in the outside patio area overlooking the beach/golf course, even though it was overcast theweather was still great and the view was amazing, it was my girlfriends first time here and she love every bit of it, view, thecompanionship and of course the food. Had a wonderful dinner at Roy?s. Server was very knowledgeable regarding the wine list and my wife had a wonderful Chardonnay.... We split the scallop appetizer and the Brussels sprout salad. Both were outstanding. For dinner we had the salmon and the freshfish special of the day which was sea bass. The salmon was solid and the sea bass was outstanding. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner here the other day. mid-April, 2022. It was a light dinner with a firecracker sushi roll, and a... warm spinach salad with heritage tomatoes. The service was professional and all of my dining needs were addressed responsibly.There are several restaurants here at the Spanish Bay resort, this one was recommended by three different individuals fromdifferent parts of the resort facility.
