Once again just very very bad situation. We stopped going to Sonic a few years ago because the food was at room temperature sure... enough it was the same old situation today. We had 2 hotdogs, a cheeseburger large fries and an order of onion rings none of itwas fresh and all of it was room temperature. Just sad it is clear the equipment made to keep items hot are not effective. Read more
Worst sonic I have ever been to. The service is terrible. I've tried three different times to order from this sonic and have... just left in frustration all three times. It appears these people just don't care and apparently corporate doesn't either sincetheir responses tell reviewers to call a phone number. It's not our job to fix this sonic, its yours. Save us both frustrationand don't respond telling me to call a phone number. Reading the reviews you have all the evidence you need to step up and doyour job and address this sonic and it's owner. I ordered almost $40 in food. (There was 2 adults and 2 Kids meals.) The kids meals were perfect. Both the adult meals were... wrong and we ended up with an extra drink. I don?t think it was the workers fault? The screen on our stall was all messed up andwe could hardly hear each other. I?m assuming that was the problem. When our CarHop came out and we realized the issue sheimmediately offered to take the food back and fix the order.. We declined. It was all edible, just not what we ordered. (Thefood was fresh and tasted great!) You?d think with how much Sonic Charges, they could keep their equipment in good workingorder! Read more
When we showed up there were 0 other cars and we ordered 4 drinks. And I mean a couple of pops and teas. We were sitting there... total probably 10 minutes or more and other cars had shown up after us. Eventually the car next to us got there food order atwhich time my fiancee literally walked in the Sonic and got our drinks for us. This was not a staffing issue she said there were5 or 6 people in there. People have just gotten flat our lazy. Read more

We have had our ups and downs with Sonic in Peculiar but we stick with them. Halloween they just didn't answer the button when... it was 50 cent corn dogs. They seem to be taking longer lately but there is new personal so hopefully it will all work out. Read more
