What's the point of scheduling a specific delivery time only for it to show up close to an hour late. What's the point of... pretipping 20% if the driver is going to take 4 other orders on his run and deliver you a cold pizza? This is why it's alwaysbest to go to local pizza places because they appreciate the business. Lesson learned on my behalf. Franchise owners don't careabout customer service. Read more
You cannot order online. When you call the store you can never talk to the people at the store, you are instead transfer to some... call center in India. When you finally go to the store to place the order in person, they do not want to honor online coupons atthe store. Really understaff and unprofessional. Read more
Terrible customer service. The people working there seem slightly stupid as well. It shouldn?t take an hour and a half to... deliver a pizza when the store is 5 minutes away. They take 20 minutes to answer the phone. They need new employees or newmanagement because the way that the store is run is embarrassing Read more
Carside pick up is awesome. I've gotten free pizzas bc they didn't come out in 2 mins on busy weekend nights. The food is always... awesome. No place to eat inside but its clean anyway. Read more
