I haven't had a bad meal at this restaurant and I've been there about 5 time's! Everyone is so friendly and the margaritas were... excellent! You know a Mexican restaurant is good when you see Mexican people eating there!! Read more

Wonderful place. Chilean Sea Bass is so good. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Really nice spot. Stopped by one Friday afternoon around 3:30 for a quick bite. Service was prompt and the staff were lovely.... They opened up the front shutters to let the light in and some fresh air. It was a nice afternoon in March, the weather was cooland the sun was out. The margarita was yummy and strong. Ruben’s is the best Mexican restaurant in the Peekskill / Cortlandt Manor area. The food is delicious. The portions are... large. The drinks are excellent. And the service is great.
