Sat at the bar while my daughter & friends played the games. Had the Korean Ribs App & they were actually very good. Service was... slow though for an empty bar. Plenty of games for kids & Adults to play. Also has pool tables. Read more

My fiancé and I are big fans of Dave and Busters. We recently moved to the Pelham area and decided to try this location out.... Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone. We decided to walk ourselves to the bar area since it was happy hour. Onceapproaching the bar area, there was a strange smell in the air and we moved down thinking it was just the place we decided tosit at initially. We moved more toward the center of the bar where we could be noticed by the bartenders. There were 3bartenders walking around at the time and we were not acknowledged much less greeted by any of them for at least 5-10 minutes. Finally, when someone approached us, we were asked what we wanted without even being offered a menu. When we got the drink/foodmenu, we ordered quickly to not have to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come back to take our order. We got the firstround of drinks which tasted mainly like juice and barely any alcohol. We decided to drink them anyway being that we already hadto wait long to even get the drinks. We finished our first round and again, the 3 bartenders kept walking past us not evenoffering another round or even picking up the clearly empty glasses. Also, the bad smell was still present the entire time we'vebeen sitting and when we finally looked over the bar, we noticed what could have possibly been causing the awful smell. It was ahuge puddle of god knows what that the bartenders just kept stepping over and possibly dragging it all over the bar. Aftereverything, we decided to get 1 more drink, hoping that it would have a stronger touch of alcohol. Once we finished, we paid andleft. We usually play the games for an hour or two but the entire experience let us down so bad and we considered driving to theold location we used to go to over 30 minutes away. Hopefully this is not a normal occurrence at this location. Read more

Difficult to hear each other talking with loud noise might consider being your ear plug or something. Food was ok the restaurant... service was prompt. The waitress seems to expect you to know everything but it's my first time here and I wasn't feelingwelcomed. On the menu stated scan table QR code to order but I wasn't able to find any code I can scan. Expect to spend some $$for games, they are not cheap and runs short period of time. Read more

You guys need to bring in Chef's like myself & offer other fresh alternatives. That boxedfood is gonna be the death of people Read more
