The wings are good size and crispy BUT this is the second time I order from them and both times they have gotten something... wrong despite having an online ordering system... First time: Arrived and told that the kids meal does not come with a drink,only combos do. Even though the online ordering system asked me what drink I'd like for my kid. Left without making a fuss but Iknow I was right. Second time: Apparently mild wings mean no sauce? Celery was missing. Bluecheese container isn't enough for25 wings. First time there and what a disappointment! 20 minutes to order drinks at the bar another 20 minutes to get them. Customer... service needs improvement, had to ask repeatedly for them to make a simple drink. Definitely not going back nor recommend. Read more
This was a great outing. There staff was king and friendly. The food was excellent. I was there about a year ago for a baby... shower. I come here once in awhile. I’ll have to say the service drop dramatically. Let’s blame Covid for the problems they had... before. I went there today and waited 5 minutes for a drink . She was very nice but noticed she was overwhelmed, when she wasready to go she asked me to cash out, which I was ready, then disappeared for another 10 minutes, then a bar back or cook orwho knows tell me she’s asking you to cash out. It a shame the service is the absolute worst and the place is filthy because the food isn’t terrible. No such thing as a... “quick bite to eat” here. The employees have no pep in their step, simple orders take a minimum of 35 minutes with an emptyhouse. Our waitress flat out told us she “forgot to put our apps in” after we waited 45 minutes for our meals. 3 out of the6 meals were wrong in some way. She also pretty much forgot to bring us our refills after we had asked 2-3 times. She didn’ttry to clear any of the table when we were visibly trying to make room. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting for our checks Ieventually went to the bar for the tabs. Everything is sticky and bathrooms are always dirty. Read more
