I am happily giving Lime Fresh Mexican Grill a five-star rating, not only because the food is delicious, but I feel more... importantly it?s the amazing customer service they provide along with providing good food. I recently had a slight issue with ato go order so I called the restaurant. I was connected with the manager, Tiffany, who listened to me, told me it would berectified and offered a free entrée on my next visit. When I visited again I was able to meet Tiffany in person and she madegood on that offer and was so friendly and über professional about it! Fortunately their district manager was on site that dayhelping out so I was able to commend this amazing staff to him while I was there. Place was dirty maybe lack of employees despite seeing 4 in uniform and 2 in some black uniform (maybe general manager?) For... felt like 4 groups of customers (vary 2 min 4 max) found garbage on the floor of where I was sitting and in the bathrooms.
