I would love to give 5 stars. The Food is ALWAYS amazing, Unfortunately the customer service isn?t. Forget about getting extra... sauces or even the ones that should be included are sometimes hard to get. $31 and got 1 extra sauce when I asked for extraprior to even paying! I also asked to add a single bun width size of lettuce, which they wanted to me to pay $2 for. Read more
My Sad plate with a stale pita bread that smelled rancid. The video of the steak pinchos on the the wall is never that! I?m a... foody and it was a disappointment. When the girl that was supposed to take our order disappeared I felt something was not goingto be right. No one at the cash register to take our order and our sad plate saids it all. The meat was salty and the shrimpshad no taste. The tables we?re sticky. The Tostones were fried in cold oil cause they were greasy. Tostones are supposed to becrispy not greasy . I was with my wife and I mentioned to her that I have been getting posts by pinchos on Instagram and we should try them, so when... we saw them here we decided to go. It was 10;45 and they will open at 11am so we decided to wait, when we finally entered at 11we placed our order and then we headed to the tables, to our surprise there was not a single clean table, we cleaned our tablewith napkins and hand sanitizer,we where impressed because the store was just opened and we where the first people, then werealized that the entire floor was dirty and that was also another red flag, when we got our order the food was small but small.We left there concerned wondering if their kitchen practices where as clean as their tables and floor.
