7/15/2022 The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. He talks to his employees like they are not human beings and like they... are animals. The owner customer service professionalism is unethical. And, he doesn't value the service of the consumer only thespoil quality of his food. I am going to report him to the BBB and Subway Franchise. The man who works there is rude. They made my sandwich wrong and he basically proceeded to yell at me that he heard thats what I... ordered . He literally said ?you?re going to waste food? when i let him know I didn?t want the sandwich. He then proceeded toyell at me because I didn?t want him to remake my sandwich , of course Sir you had horrible customer service. I usually never have problems with the manager. But this manager is absolutely the rudest person I've met. Went in to get some... lunch but had to use the restroom first. The manager critized that we weren't ordering just using the toliet. "He is notstupid." We weren't going to be subjected to such treatment before we can even order so we left. We went to a different subway(because we really did want subway) and it was a completely 360. Positive attitudes! Wonderful attention to detail!
