The manager at this location Marisa should not be in management . I?ve never had someone so unprofessional deal with an over... charge issue and instead of being professional manager. She says, ? it?s not my problem you obviously are having a bad day ? andshuts the drive thru window on me and walks away. Yeah I?m having a bad day now bc of your unprofessionalism . They discontinued my favorite drink, the Mango Pineapple refresher. I was getting one almost everyday. The other two they still... have are not as good. Here's what really gets me. I always order at the drive thru, always. 9 out of 10 times, they won't putnapkins in the bag. I'm getting my food to go, that's when I really need napkins. All Dunkin's do it and it's superannoying. Drive-through is pretty quick. Customer service is lacking. My hashbrowns were soggy. Never put napkins in my bag.
