During the day we have always had a good experience but this time it was evening and we are very disappointed. The staff was... nice enough, just way too slow. we placed our order for 4 Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 turnovers. A few minutes later a guy walked upand placed his order. His was ready a few minutes earlier than ours. We drive home to eat. ALL 4 Whoppers were burnt, flat anddry, not thick and juicy like usual. The burnt flavour was a huge turnoff. Was my favourite place to eat when travelling to Red Deer because I could use Coupons with impossible whoppers. Why not just... charge us a little more for the patty?s? You charge for extra cheese or anything else. They made me pay about 15$ for 2 burgerswhen you can get 2 normal whoppers for about 7$. Apparently at this location you have to specify Whoppers are 2 for $8. Never had a problem anywhere else, and was shocked when I... was told the total would be $28 for 4 Whoppers. Luckily you just have to mention they're always 2 for $8, but it seems like ascam if you don't know they're 2 for $8. Good burgers this time, but have also had a few messed up burgers in the past.
