I ordered the breaded chicken salad and asked for no onions. When I went to pick up my order at 10:40pm, I noticed how light... weight the bag was. This was the smallest salad I've ever purchased from a pizza shop. As soon as I got to my car and starteddriving down Saltsburg Rd, I could smell onions. I knew they had messed up my order but they were about to close so I was justlike whatever I'll pick them out. I got home and opened the box. This was the worst salad I've ever purchased from a pizza spot.I had to really doctor this salad up which if I wanted to make a salad at home I could've but I didn't feel up to cooking. Thechicken on the salad reminded me of frozen bag of Tyson breaded chicken but was barely cooked. It was chewy and there was only 3strips with a few fries and a whole onion. I was picking out pieces of onion the whole time I was trying to eat this salad. Igrabbed black/green olives, peperoncini, spinach, tomatoes, and cucumber to bulk up the salad and threw the chicken away becauseit was nasty. What a waste of $15. I have to remember my taste buds and other people's taste buds are completely differentbecause I went off the reviews and figured I'd play it safe with a chicken salad...never again. Read more

Pasquale's in Penn Hills is one of my favorite places to eat and usually the staff is nice! Well I ordered my usual 2 weeks ago.... 2 whole hoagies for $18.99 + tax but for some reason it was exactly $2.14 more so after the lady told me my total which was morethan usual it hit me once I hung up. So I called back to see why it costs more. I was on hold for 7.5 minutes and a guy pickedup so I asked him why it was more and that I always get that deal, also I just ordered 6 days before and it was my usual price. So I asked to speak to the manager, lo and behold he was the manager and claimed it was the computer and he couldn't overrideit. So I askd since when if you're the manager and that is what you all advertised and the lady who took my order even said theprice being $18.99! He was not nice nor trying to keep a loyal customer happy. Just well, its the computer! I was so upset withhis unprofessionalism and nonchalant attitude. Haven't been there since and I love their hoagies and pizza but I believe ingreat customer service and NOT to be lied to. Very disappointed ???? Read more

Normally our experience with Pasquale's is great some miss steps in the past. Nothing to stop us from patronizing. My hubby and... I have ordered from here for the past 7 years. Today was horrible not only was the food late, but the plain wings I orderedwere super small, hard and dry. No ranch on the side and hubby's sandwich was questionable ????. I am so disappointed. I wouldhave called back but it took to hours to get nothing. To say we are done with one of our favorite places is an understatement. Read more

So everyone has I special place where they purchase certain items. I like to get my white spinach deluxe pizza from Pasquale.... It has never let me down when I have a taste for pizza but Honey today I walked in and asked for the pizza to be well done. OMGnext time people ask for your favorite pizza to be well done. The crust was crunchy and the cheese still had that cheese pullwhen I got home. Challenge on Pizza Shops Read more

Another decent Pasquales location. I have already been to the Allison Park location, but this place is marginally better in my... opinion. Not by a long shot, but still. The staff seems to be friendlier and communicates well here. One man behind the countereven remembers us from the past time we ordered! I got the medium Deluxe Pizza and a medium cheese pizza. The Deluxe seemed tohave onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and extra cheese. It had a ton of vegetables and a decent amount of meat.pretty tasty, and the sausage had a great element of heat to it. My cheese pizza was basic, but pretty good. The sauce is alittle sweet and the crust is nondescript, but it came out still warm and tasty. This place also has tons of specials going onall the time. Today, they even had 2 two topping medium pizzas for $6 each! That's pretty incredible. And, the service wasgreat, considering they were super busy as it's the day before Halloween. Pasquales isn't authentic Italian, healthy, orespecially unique, but they are efficient, friendly, and pretty consistent at this location. Read more
