The gentleman working here, I believe probably are family. They make you feel like you're family, too. And I don't know if it's... the spirit of the establishment, but I ate pizza here 40 years ago, and it was definitely a different organization that ownedit. It was delicious then. For some reason, they make it the same way, and it tastes great! It's truly masterful how they dothis. And they're all so polite. Even if the pizza tasted like garbage, I'd still go here. We order dinner here almost every week, our food is always good. Tonight, part of our order was wrong. When we called the man we... spoke to was rude and just made excuses. The price we were charged was more than menu prices of what we ordered, so even beingreplaced we still paid more because of the mistake. I don't deserve to be treated poorly when I'm paying someone for a serviceand its not right. To chance another experience like this isn't worth it, and all the reviews where somone has had an issue saycustomer service was bad, and they were treated rudely.
