They now offer a whole section of plant-based vegan sushi! We took out a variety of rolls. The plant-based tuna is incredible. I... could both believe it wasn't fish, the texture and flavor was so good. The "vegan roll" was another highlight, very freshvegetables with a little crunch from tempura and a sweet sauce. I love that they do kabocha pumpkin rolls rather than the usualsweet potato rolls. It was great to see so many options. They also offer a wide variety of tofu dishes that we have not triedyet.
