worst starbucks ive ever been to. very rude staff we got there right as they opened and immediately as we were walking up to see... if they were open the one worker said give me five minutes in a rude tone as he was there arranging the cups. Read more
I ordered a london fog, which ok the workers might not know. They kept on mentioning a medicnal ball (which when i look is a... tea). So they make the wrong drink after i said london fog tea a few times. The inital lady who made it gave attitude when isaid i did not order that, claiming that the london fog is the medicinal ball tea, which it is not. The other woman in the shopstart to make it but didn't add vanilla, when i ask if they add it they said the london fog doesnt have it and so i had to say,would you like for me to show you on the app that it has it, for them to add it. In the end, they dont know th orders, which isfine if they said so, and will give you attitude if you ask for them to fix your order. Also realize they charge me for thewrong size drink and overcharge in general. Do not recommend, just drive 5 mins to a decent starbucks. Read more
Worst Starbucks ever. They forgot to make my drink and then tried to tell me that they had made it but it was my fault because... someone else had took it but I was standing right there and they never made my drink. Read more
If you want to get somewhere on time do not go here. Very slow and long lines. They didn?t have what most people in front of me... were asking for. I also heard someone say they didn?t get the right order. My drink did not taste like a white chocolate mochaand did not have whipped cream which is what I specifically asked for. My road trip was pushed back about 30 to 40 minutes aswell because I stopped here to get coffee. Read more
