If I could rate this at 0 stars I would, I do not know what has changed or if it has always been like this, but my mother got a... chicken sandwich and there is NO chicken, just breading. Please see the attached picture. She paid for a chicken sandwich andreceived stuffed breading. That amounts to deceiving your customers. The bacon burger wasn't bad, but it was not the bestburger. Probably around Wendy's quality. And with what happened with the chicken sandwich, I would not return. The lemonblueberry cheesecake was disappointing: dry and with no real lemon flavor. Read more
I?ve been eating here since they first opened Zane the food has always been great. However, since ownership has changed we?ve... seen the portions get smaller and the prices go up. I understand they have to raise prices with inflation but don?t make smallerportions (BBQ egg rolls and poutine frys) yet charge more? Read more

Ordered the brisket melt. It was okay. There was no sauce on it and there was too much cheese. The whole thing was pretty much... just grease. It melted through the plastic box they served it in. The fries were really good though. Their "poutine fries" arejust fries that they hand you a cup of brown gravy for. No cheese curds. Tasty, but a letdown. Read more

I currently work at the pharmacy right down the street and i decided to eat here because I?ve never been here before and I... walked in. Nobody spoke to me or greeted me. I try to grab a menu from under the iPad the lady snatch the iPad away and kind ofrolled her eyes. So I instantly left because I didn?t like the environment if I can?t be spoken to as a customer, or evenacknowledge any other type of way, I will not be supporting small businesses like such. So now I?m at McDonald?s across thestreet which I have a key in 15 years but hey, it?s something better than nothing and I?m sure I?ll get decent customer serviceand at less a hello. Read more
