Unassuming spot to get a great home cooked meal. The employees there were so nice. Tons of great options on the menu as well as... daily specials. Order at the counter and the food is brought to you. Everything we had was delicious. Brisket sandwich andlasagna were are choices. With outdoor seating, being pet friendly, beer, wine, specials and dessert we will be back. Read more

Amazing experience. Was visiting Pensacola and going for a morning walk while on vacation. Was stopped by the owner who was... picking basil, he grows it right outside the restaurant, and handed us a menu. Told us to come back when they open. Needless tosay was not disappointed. Had the blackened grouper and shrimp with Gouda Mac. Honestly I don?t give a lot of 5 star reviews butthis is the perfect lunch destination. There is nothing I would change. I was wondering why here has so much high ratings on google map, after having lunch here, I totally got it. The food was good,... the sandwich and salad were like 4, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious, juicy inside and crispy outside, I would ratedfried chicken a 5. And the Gumbo was the best, next time I would order only gumbo and fried chicken. For the foods I ordered, Iwould rate it was 4.5, and but why did I put 5? The owner are a couple, both are welcoming, patient. The waiter Donté was verypolite and friendly, for their service, I have to give them a 5! Read more
