I've always loved Neighbourhood, brought the family for the first time today. Everyone was thrilled! The beer was great, the... food was great, the sauces were out of this world (wish we could buy them separately), and the service was so good (upstairs)even my 8 & 10 year old kids commented on it. Always good service, nice atmosphere and good tacos. Good variety of beer. Had the James Pond (fish). It was really good and... have tried the Kevin Bacon, Cluck Norris, Prawn Shop and Sqid Games Calamari Taco all are worth trying. Read more

Went as a large group with 4 families. Called ahead to see if they could accommodate the food allergies of one person in our... group, to which they assured us they could. Upon arrival they informed us of the 20% gratuity because our group was so large,which is totally understandable. Our server was kind and lovely with minimal knowledge of the menu. The one person with foodallergies ordered only to have someone (maybe a manager) come back and inform her she couldn?t eat the items she was told shecould. After some discussion it was suggested that they eat a corn shell with only meat and no topping. The kitchen wasunwilling to accommodate or help and the manager (?) was seen rolling her eyes in the discussion by a bystander. It left our onemember flustered to the point where they did not order any food. This left the entire group concerned for one person and thatperson concerned about every other persons concern. The atmosphere is fun, food great, but don?t expect a helpful oraccommodating experience for the smallest need, even if you proactively call to work things out before deciding to come. Inaddition to this, know you are not plated at the same time, food coming out randomly in whatever order (yet a 20%) gratuity. What a great restaurant. The menu is huge!!! The food was hot and delicious when served. Our server was top notch, friendly and... knowledgeable. Was even able to ID some items we saw going to other tables. We were meeting up with friends and I would highlyrecommend Neighborhood for that. Not too expensive and very easy and comfortable to converse. The food itself was incredible, sogood with options for the inferno lovers and those whom are not spice fans.
