The ginger, bearded guy that works there has horrible customer service skills. The thin crust pizza however is delicious...

Average pizza at best. They forgot the cheese which I didn?t notice till we got home. The real trouble is the nasty lady you have to deal with. I stood in front of them for 5 minutes before even being looked at. Then basically asked what I wanted as if I shouldn?t be there. Worst customer service I?ve had in a long time. Last time I?m going there. Penticton Cherry lane location.

Ordered 2 pizzas at the Penticton location today, after having seen their promotion (50% off the second pizza) on their website. Apparently that is only good on Sundays, which it doesn't state on the website. The woman serving me was incredibly rude and gave me a snappy "I am obviously not in charge of the website" and made all kinds of rude comments on my way out. Paid a fortune for a couple of very simple pizza, which I could have gotten for 1/4 of the price at the grocery store. This was me trying to support a local business.

they have a best pizza in town and staff is very friendly too. i am happy with the overall experience. i would recommend this to all.

Absolutely amazing pizza. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience dealing with the manager in Penticton. I drive 40 minutes and 70 km to come get a pizza because there is no Papa Murphy's in my city, the customer service treatment that I received from Carey in Penticton was God awful!

Papa Murphy's always has the pizza ready on time. On top of that, the pizza is always amazing. No matter what toppings you get, their pizza is always made with fresh ingredients. Baking at home is no problem for us.

Gross. About 6 months ago my wife finds a long hair in pizza. Today she gives them another shot. Guess what? More hair. Place should be shut down. Don't buy from this place!!!

Have been meaning to try your pizza for a long time but never got around to it. Went today for the free medium pizza and it was amazing. The staff very friendly and efficient, especially the girl wrapping the pizza up at the end of the line at about 2pm. Her smile and great attitude was infectious. I'm now kicking myself in the ass for not trying it sooner. You've got a new regular customer. Thank you!!!
