This was the first time going and we were very surprised at how good everything was. Our meals were correct and cooked... perfectly. The drinks were amazing. We were guided to a large table so we had plenty of room for us and our food when it cameout. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and able to give us recommendations. This restaurant has the best frozen margaritas. Food super good, I ordered birria tacos came with beens I skipped the rice got... little lettuce instead and caldito. The other person got taco salad. I liked this presentation better than the tortilla shel. Itwas delicious. Service was very good, this a very busy restaurant. The patio is nice tvs and no so loud. Price very decent. Came in with high expectations but left disgusted and disappointed.. The best thing on this menu are their chips in which I can... buy them at Sams club and they taste fresher.. Their water tastes like it?s mixed with dish soap, I ordered a burrito and theenchilada sauce was dry and caked on, beans tasted like plastic with ZERO flavoring, and rice tasted like cafeteria food. This was perhaps one of the worst dining experiences I have had. When we arrived (party of two), no one was at the host stand... to seat us. After a long wait the hostess arrived. She never once said hello, or offered an apology for the long wait. Onceseated we received chips and salsa quickly. The waitress took our drink and meal order together, we also ordered queso as anappetizer. Nearly 30 minutes pass and we are finished with our chips, still no drinks or queso. Our server was no where to befound. My wife went to the host stand to try and get service, and of course the hostess was not there again. When she returnedmy wife got up again to get us some service. Finally the hostess went and got our drinks and queso, and sent a manager to thetable. The manager heard our complaints about service, but never once offered any type of empathy or apology. It felt like wewere inconveniencing her. After the manager left our food arrived within about a minute. The food was lukewarm as if it hadbeen sitting for awhile. Our server then appeared with drinks, which the hostess had already gotten at this point, but again noapology was forthcoming from our server. I didn?t complain about the food temperature, because honestly no one there seemed tocare anyway. This was probably my last visit to this location. There are other Mexican restaurants in the area to choose from. Read more
