The guys that work there were great they get 5 stars not the food though i got the pizza melt yuck!!
The "manager" at this location would rather call the police on a customer than give her a refund. I had a $40 order that was... given to someone else cuz the food I got was not what I ordered. When I tried to explain myself and show my pizza tracker, mytransaction proof, she claimed she couldn't refund me and if I didn't leave she'd call the cops. I INSISTED she call the policeand when they came SHE GAVE ME MY REFUND BECAUSE SHE WAS WRONG!! The delivery driver himself confirmed our story. To add insultto injury, when we arrived at the pizza hut to return the incorrect food, there was already a man waiting to be given a refundas well for similar issues. Read more
I was very disappointed with my last 2 experiences most recently my pizza was undercooked, missing toppings and no sauce. The... outside of the restaraunt was covered in trash.. it was awful! The time before I was told to pickup my pizza before 11. I paidonline and when I went to pick it up the place was completely closed down. They refused to give money back!! Pizza Hut was very prompt and my pizza was prepared just as I had requested. Presentation was great and pizza was nice and hot... when I received it. Delivery instructions were followed as requested, also. Overall, this was a great experience, which seemsto be hard to find anymore.
