My service was fine but my fiancé's was not. He ordered after me and waited a good 10 minutes after they called his number... before they told him someone else accidentally grabbed his food. The person who grabbed his food got their food before him eventhough their number was after his and he had to wait what felt like another 10 minutes to get it. The food was good and it did take a minute but I was fine with that. My wife and I were running some errands and wanted a quick... snack. We shared a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries ( it was a lot of fries to be fair) and a large diet Coke. I left a10% tip and it was $25. I couldn't believe it. Hot dogs best. Not sure but think because they grill them. Of course can't say enough about fries. I always order the little... fries and it is more than enough for one person. Employees always look they are happy with there jobs. Highly recommend theburgers to. Read more
