I was charged for 2 separate orders mine and another person's. Didn't realize it till later. Soda machine needed to have the... syrup bags replaced. While the food was great the being charged for several orders despite saying otherwise was a bitdisheartening. Read more

Worst food experience ever. We use to eat at Panda Express in Washington all the time and was one of our favourite places. We... recently moved to Peoria and got food expecting a great meal. The food tasted so bad I couldn?t even eat it and ended upthrowing it out. The staff at this location doesn?t care and it?s proof in the way the restaurant operates. I even had oneemployee tell me ?I don?t even care? when he didn?t charge me correctly and I brought it to his attention. Will not eat thereagain. Read more

When I went to Panda Express a few weeks ago, the drive through line was ridiculously long and for some reason they had dine-in... closed. It took more than 15 minutes for me to even get to the point where I was in front of the menu and could order. I wasokay with this because I was not in a hurry. What I was not okay with was the female employee that was working not using gloveswhen preparing my food and then touching my lo mein noodles with her bare hands to get the pieces that were falling out into thebox. When she came to the window with my food, I calmly stated that I wanted to speak with a manager and was told there was nomanager on duty. I'm not sure whether that was true because I've worked fast food and there was always a manager or assistantmanager on duty. The girl working proceeded to then ask me, "what do you want me to do remake it?" And i replied yes because youtouched my food with your bare hands. She then begrudgingly washed her hands and put on a glove and remade my food. No apologyfor the mistake. Whoever owns this Panda Express needs to teach their employees how to have much better customer service. Myrecommendation is not to go here because they do not follow health and safety laws when preparing food for public consumptionand their drive through is ridiculously slow, despite there being at least 3 people working and the dine in portion of therestaurant being closed. They asked if we wanted sauces and i said yes abd which ones. They asked us to pull to the side I did. About 10 mins later food... comes out. Get home. No teriyaki for the one dish it's supposed to come with, no sauces we asked for and my large chow mein iordered is either a small or medium. Oh and best part not a single person at 2:00 to 2:08 will answer there phone. I donyusually complain about waiting but if I'm waiting how can you get the order to horrible wrong. I guess they are quiet quittinghere too but want more money per hour. If you can't get a basic order correct during a non rush time, you need to get adifferent job. Money is tight and splurges like this going here are few and far between and you mess it up. Thanks for not doingwhat you are paid for. Read more

This place is located just opposite the Northwoods Mall and next to Mc Donald therefore you should not have much trouble finding... this place. As Usual, I was trying to search for some veg options and I realized there are not many except the ?Veg springrolls?, ?Vegetable entree? and ?fried rice? though it contained egg. Next, time I am going to order the noodles. The ambienceof the place was great and while they do have a lot of options for non-veg though they should definitely get more forvegetarian. Coming to food : Their spring rolls were quite good i.e. nicely filled and had a good texture. The vegetable entreecould have more vegetables and a bit more spices(Indian taste) though we overcome that by the lot of sauces over there. The bestpart is the ?Chinese cookie? they give you as a compliment and it?s always nice to read those interesting lines. Do follow meto know all the veg options you can avail at various restaurants in U.S. Read more
