Excellent work ethic by DJ! Since the moment we entered the restaurant greeting us in a good manner. We got a family dinner box... and then after he offered us cups and napkins without even asking most the time you have to ask at places. I saw him running inand out the store opening doors for the next customers at one point such a good employee. He was on it!! Read more
Love my Campustown Peoria Pizza Hut! I've never had a bad pizza from them--it's always hot and fresh when they deliver it. I... apologize for not remembering the delivery guy's name, but he almost always brings paper plates, napkins, plasticware, parmesanand red pepper flakes at every delivery! That's above and beyond in my book, and should be awarded. The few interactions I'vehad with staff (asst manager, I think?) was also very positive and friendly! This place always pulls through for me, there was a cheese sauce misunderstanding and they were so fast to fix it I'm stunned... but nothing short of grateful. Best fast food pizza peoria has to offer. Read more
We ordered a big box with 1 cheese pizza 1 pepperoni pizza, and garlic parmesan wings online through the mobile app. We ordered... at 9pm and had an estimated time of 9:40pm. Well at 10:20pm we ended up calling for an update and was told the online ordernever came through and must've gotten cancelled and that all delivery drivers were currently out on their deliveries. We triedto verify it but got no email updating that it was canceled and decided to call placing an order over the phone. Upon calling,whoever answered the 2nd time stated that they didn't have that deal option so they canceled the order themselves. We tried tojust order 2 pizzas for delivery, our area delivers until midnight, and was told they dont offer delivery. Luckily we had PapaJohn's to deliver our new order. Highly disappointed with our service tonight and won't be ordering any time soon. Read more
