One of the best coffee shops in Peoria. If you?re looking for a third-wave coffee spot, definitely check them out. They roast... their coffee right at the shop and you can see all the machinery, which I found to be pretty cool. They have espressos and pourovers. An excellent coffee shop in downtown Peoria. The staff are friendly and polite. The space was beautiful and quaint. They had lot... of plants inside (which was a nice touch). The coffee was very good. We got cappuccino and a latte. Both were good. I wasparticularly impressed by their baked items. The croissant especially was amazing. Flaky, crunchy and had a nice color.
