I have been going to this location for the last couple of years and always had a pleasant experience. Within the last 6 months... or so, I had 3 unpleasant experiences, including staff speaking baldy about other customers and myself as well. I don?t thinkthey realized how loud they were being, but regardless, it should have happened. The first two bad experiences I brushed off,but the third time was the last straw. Very friendly staff and owner. But one time the owner was clipping his fingernails on site. 1/3 of the way through my ice and I... get something caught in between my teeth. Yes, you guessed it. It was a fingernail. I almost puked. I question their cleanlinessand because of that I will never go back. True story, believe me. Read more
