This morning I ordered for the first time at this McDonald?s through the McDonald?s app, and I order an iced peppermint coffee.... When I arrived a lady came out and apologized that the peppermint is a seasonal and is not out yet, and asked if I wantedsomething different. I told her the pumpkin iced coffee. She came out a few minutes later and brought me my coffee and aholiday pie, I thought that was very sweet. I wished I got her name, but that was the best customer service I have received in along time especially at a McDonald?s. And the pie was amazing, first time having that. Read more
As I stood in the waiting room for my simple non special order for 37 minutes I observed the decline in humanity. I worked at a... McDonald's in 1992, my first job and I was proud to have it. That was not the case at this establishment. There was enough staffto handle the work load so that wasn't it. I'm not sure why it took 37 minutes for my meal but that would have never happenedback in my day. Read more
I don't usually write reviews but this needs to be said. The morning staff are nice, food is always hot, 10/10 love this... place. Do not go here after lunch. Recently got sick from their food, another person I know was given raw chicken. Verydysfunctional and unsafe. I will definitely be hesitant the next time I chose to go to this location. Read more
I've been to McDonald's all over central Minnesota. This is the only one I'll never go to again. Burger was burnt. It appeared... to have sat in a pan so long that juices burned onto it and branched off the patty. if that wasn't enough of an example of howlittle care went into the food, the bottom bun was smashed between the opening of the takeout box. That meant everything was offthe bun too. If you're so hungry that you'd eat here, go to the gas station and get sushi. It'll be better than this and youdon't have to question what's in your food.
