Very kind service, and clean. We ended up having to move to a different table because it was too cold under the air conditioner,... but no one seemed annoyed by it. They seemed to be happy to make sure we were comfortable. Food was good too. ???? Read more
Stopped in with my family which included 2 kiddos for a total of 7. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but it was experiencing some... sort of plumbing issue. No one addressed it and we didn't ask. We were seated towards the rear of the restaurant and once clearof the restrooms didn't realize that there was an issue. The service was great and believe me we had a lot of requests frombooster seats to extra napkins and did not encounter any problems. Is it me, or is this IHOP one of the worst in the franchise? Every time I come here, there?s nobody at the front counter, I... stand there for about 5 to 7 minutes, the chef sees me but nobody greets me. I think the host always goes on vacation. My experience in the place had been good until today, there weren't many people in the place and they made me wait 25 minutes to... order and another 25 minutes to serve my order. Sorry but my last trip here was not too good ....food was cold service was a bit slow although the place was just about empty... imagine pancakes the butter wouldn't melt on ..... UPDATE...recently visited because I like the turkey dinner ...its usuallyfresh tasting and not too many places you can get a dinner around town The food was as expected the service was not greatalthough the place was empty....one novice server , I ordered a salad with my turkey and specially asked I get the salad outfront of the entrée....well after taking our order the server disappeared....no salad ! Then he brings out my salad and ourentrées leaving me to whoop down the salad as my dinner got cold for this he was rewarded a dollar tip for doing exactly what Iasked him not to do....i know !
