This Pieology is in the Walmart shopping center, next to Popeyes Chicken with plenty of parking, serves pizza pies @$10.95 self... customized prepared in front of you in a Subway manner. Fresh ingredients and plenty to choose from. Orders are prepared prettyfast. Shout out to our server Chelsea S. who was very helpful with the menu and process. Restaurant is clean and plenty ofseating. You can also order online and pick up your pies, we dined in and enjoyed our food fresh out of the oven. Overall we hada good experience at this location. I came to this Pielogy and Kye (African American Male with Blonde hair Tips) started making my pizza. Kye laid all 4 of the... pizzas that I ordered on a dirty pizza pan. He was extremely rude and barely put anything on the pizza. Who wants to eat a drypizza? I asked him if his coworker can make my pizzas because I was tired to asking him for items that he refused to do... I hadto ask him twice if his coworker could make my pizzas and he had the nerve to roll his eyes and say ?why it doesn?t matter.? Iguess my money doesn?t matter, because I won?t be coming here again. I?ve been here a few times and usually they?re alright but I came and the service was just really bad. It said they closed at 12... AM and were already kicking us out like at 11 PM, I felt so rushed ordering my food and then to top it off the lady burnt mypizza. I didn?t even get my exact change, it was just overall a bad experience tonight. Only giving 2 stars because my priorexperiences were good except tonight they just really disappointed. I went on Thanksgiving eve for lunch and I thought the poor girl was the only one working and I felt bad cause she was super... busy and then a guy pops out of the back asking her where things are and she running around helping 3 customers and onlineorders. Shout out to Victoria She was amazing handling everything but shame on the guy in the back and the manager for havingher do everything on a hoilday especially when any manager or owner should know that during any hoilday or weekend it's going tobe crazy busy and shame on that guy hiding in the back not helping in front. I give you 2 stars for simply not having good backup for that employee and a 5 stars only for Victoria who is star employee. Oh and found out the guy in the back is just forprep. What kind of place has one person by themselves on a hoilday. I understand prep needing to be done but you need 2 peopleout front and in between the 3rd person can help with prep. Poor management indeed who ever owns or manages needs to be firedbecause they do deserve to have their own place if they do not know how to delegate their own business. It's really not thathard I have ran my own restaurant as a manager and more and this is a small restaurant you can not tell me you do not have hoursto have a 3rd person. That girl at least deserves a big raise especially with working alone all the time. She should get the 3rdperson's wages since you can not get it together to run your restaurant the right way. Also I will be calling corporate on thismatter and trust me with my Google standing and me calling corporate things will definitely change.
