I place an online order, got here on time and they have fail to deliver on time. Poor customer service, fail to deliver... excellent experience for their customers. Is this place a joke? Unbelievable went yesterday mobile ordered my food at 9:09. Wasn?t ready till 11.30. Was told I never ordered and they gave me... attitude after I showed them I did I got even more attitude. Then they Tried saying my order was canceled by doordash what?! Isaid no I placed it myself he gave me attitude and walked away came back 10 minutes later and pulled it up and said we are goingto start making it. Omg this service was completely horrible. The food was all cold. The fries were soggy and old and wings came out cold like if... they purposely let it sit on the counter to get cold. I sat In there waiting for my food I can hear the employees complainingback there. They refuse to take phone orders and I don?t understand how this place is still open!!!! I hate this wingstop. It's never ever clean. Me and my daughter came back 3 times for our order that still wasn't ready. We... ordered chicken and tenders and only got the chicken. Had to drive all the way back and wait 6 more mins for something that wasoriginally ordered. Drink machines never work. They need new management bad. And have them clean the windows sometimes.
