We have three Dunkin locations near us. They are all located in three different directions of travel. Two are awesome without a... doubt but this one not so much and it?s difficult to figure out why. They are located in a nice area where a lot of nice peoplelive. But the service you receive is just plain bad. They get the orders wrong all the time and if you complain you get attitudeas if they decide not you. I usually go out of my way to avoid going there but sometimes I go back to see if they?ve changed andthey never fail to let me know they have not. It?s no wonder the place is usually not crowded. Entire time we all had to listen to the staff complain about how they are busy because ofcustomers? They throw the drinks on the counter and you're left to pick through to see if it's yours.
