I?m a former employee here. I worked here for 5 years, and looked at this establishment as a 2nd home. My beloved boss passed... away and new ownership came along. It was two men, Tim & Brian. They had an extreme rivalry between one another. The both ofthem were uneducated on Rita?s- but money buys anything nowadays. It was an extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable setting towork in. I was the manager and dealt with unprofessional/disgusting remarks. The one that stood out the most was Tim saying?telling Brian?s wide he cheats on her for a bonus.? I left this job a while ago. I kept most of this/still have private due tolegal reasons. I?ve now been called names, and ignored regarding my tax forms. All in all* - DO NOT let your child work here,until new ownership comes in (which will likely be a long time.) Corp won?t risk having the business shut down as it?s one ofthe best $ makers in MD due to the location. I left a similar review a long time ago, and it got deleted. They also forged myname onto a serve safe document along with others. I could go on. But my most important message is to the people who want toapply here. Save yourself from a huge mess. Ps. The owners are ped0?s , have fake serv safe certifications, talk trash about the customers, barely know anything about actually... running a business- let alone a Rita?s which has a lot of rules from corporate (that they don?t follow). do not let your kidswork here, and save yourself the chance of being preyed on by them and go a little further down the street.
