Only went to this place because it was the closest to my house. Had a mobile order with two things. The girl that brought my... food out was pleasant. Got down the road missing a hash brown. My kids freaking out had to turn around when I told them I wasmissing it. There was no sorry. It was show me a receipt. Told them it was a mobile order from literally 5 min ago, They havethe receipt. I?m in a hurry. I already had to turn around for a hash brown get my kid was wigging out about, heard the theoverweight manager say ? I ordered a kids meal. The fries was cold. I politely asked the cashier for fresh fries. Her reply they just came out. I looked... at her put my hands on the fries and said these fries are cold my I please get some fresh fries. She walks back to the olderlady I assumed she was the manager. They older lady said gave her some fresh fries. I was a GM of Five Guy's Burger and Friesfor 11 yrs from NYC to NJ n VA. I pride myself n give a customer fresh food n a good experience for their money. But these newyoung worker's are lazy, rude and have no respect for anyone. It's my money don't question me how I spend my money or want myfood. Plus not one worker had a hair net on. This is BY FAR the WORST mcdonalds in this area. If you want to wait too long for cold food, which is most likely the wrong... order, then this is your place. Bad attitudes, unsanitary conditions, and inept employees are abundant. You'd be better offscraping up some road kill from the highway. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is a McDonald?s in a Pilot gas station off the main road. They are connected with the Pilot inside and have all of the... regular items. No problems with the store or the staff especially with the made to order items. If you need hamburgers alongwith premium gas, this is the stop for you. Read more

Customer service is not a priority here. All the registers were closed with the expectation that we would use the kiosk but it... wouldn't process my payment resulting in me having to get their attention and they just looked at me like I was a alien and wentback to doing whatever. I was able to get help once someone came up to the counter to drop off an order but they completelyignored me otherwise. I had to do this 2 more times to get some ketchup and a cup they forgot to give us. Place isn't clean,well stocked or well staffed. I was half tempted to just leave our garbage at the table as a consumer statement. Read more
