Why does Subway even have a drivethrough? Sandwich ordering is not conducive to drivethrough. Why is your front door closed... and only the drivethrough open? If you don't have enough staff for both, then open the front door. Dont cater to the lazypeople who don't want to get out of their car to come inside and order, espescially with fuel at $6 a gallon. I've never had issues here until the last 2 times I've gone. Same girls working at different times of day and I think their... heads are filled with air. I had to keep repeating the same things over and over again, the one girl picked something up off theground and then was going to continue making my sandwiches which the other employee standing there had to tell her to stop andchange her gloves and then stood there. It is complete chaos now and makes me want to never go back to this location. Managementneeds to do something about the issues. Read more
